Pricing: Summer Guest Housing
Summer guest housing is available from June 1 – July 31, 2024. Requests for dates outside of the posted dates cannot be accommodated.
- There is a seven night minimum requirement for all accommodations.
- A $300 service charge will be added to any stay totaling 30 days or less.
- Payment is due in full in advance or at check in. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card.
- Cancellations made by April 15 will receive a full refund of the housing charges paid in advance. Cancellations made for any reason after April 15 will result in forfeiture of all payments received.
- No refunds will be provided after occupancy is taken, including for unused meals, parking, and Activity Center membership.
- Rooms will be checked after departure. A final bill may be issued for any damages incurred.
- Linens are not included. Please familiarize yourself with what to bring.

Private bedroom in a three-bedroom suite.
30 days or less: $50/day per person + $300 service fee
31+ days: $3,050 total flat fee per person – due prior to check in
One microwave and refrigerator combo included per suite. Community kitchen is available in the lobby.
Canyon Creek Heights Apartments
Private bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment with kitchen.
- 30 days or less: $52/day per person + $300 service fee
- 31+ days: $3,172 total per person – due prior to check in
Private bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment with kitchen.
- 30 days or less: $55/day per person + $300 service fee
- 31+ days: $3,355 total per person – due prior to check in
Private one-bedroom apartment with kitchen.

Meal Money can be used in any University dining location open during the summer on campus. Meals can be added at any time during your stay.

Activity Center

Parking
Permits are $56. Summer guests are not permitted to have a vehicle parked on campus without a parking permit. Permits are virtual and are scanned by License Plate Recognition.
