We are working diligently to prepare for your arrival this fall, and we look forward to seeing you on campus soon. It is our intent to continue with the random, proactive COVID testing program. If you have been vaccinated, please take a moment to fill out the Voluntary Vaccine Report Form. Completing the voluntary form will remove you from the sampling pool and assist us with coordinating the COVID testing.
Our goal is to have a safe and comfortable environment for all students this fall semester. This reporting tool will help us determine our vaccination status in University Housing. The vaccine is the best way we can prepare the University community for the fall semester and attempt to keep students, staff and faculty safe.
